About Nav Kanya Bhojan:

Nav Kanya Pujan is one of the most sacred acts of Devi worship in Sanatan Dharma, where nine young girls representing the Nav Durgas (Nine Divine Forms of Maa Durga) are honored, worshipped, and served with love, devotion, and offerings. It is believed that serving these Kanyas is equivalent to offering devotion directly to Maa Durga herself.

The puja is completed with a Bhojan Sewa, where traditional satvik food is lovingly prepared and served to the nine kanyas (and in many cases, an accompanying Batuk/Brahmachari representing Lord Bhairav).
