The Sacred Trikona Holy Triangle of Kashi represents a spiritually significant pilgrimage concept associated with the sacred landscape of Varanasi. Kashi is renowned as the eternal city of Lord Shiva, where countless temples, shrines, ghats, and sacred sites form a living network of devotion. The third sacred centre is Shri Kaal Bhairav Temple, dedicated to Kaal Bhairav, a fierce and protective manifestation of Lord Shiva. Kaal Bhairav is traditionally revered as the Kotwal, or guardian, of Kashi. Devotees seek his blessings for protection, courage, removal of negative influences, and guidance on the spiritual path.

Together, these three sacred destinations represent a meaningful spiritual progression. Kashi Vishwanath embodies the supreme presence of Mahadev, Sankat Mochan represents devotion and divine strength, while Kaal Bhairav represents protection and guardianship. The three temples therefore provide pilgrims with an opportunity to experience different expressions of the divine within the sacred environment of Kashi.

A pilgrimage connecting these important shrines can be combined with visits to the Ganga Ghats, sacred Kunds, and other ancient temples of Varanasi.
